My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room had a cleanliness issue with black short hairs scattered around, and there were noise problems in the first shower I used, but the staff was very accommodating. The location was convenient, close to many shops and restaurants.

I just had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very big and clean, offering a perfect and very quiet atmosphere. Even though there were some noise problems in the first room, which were not the hotel's fault, the overall experience was fantastic. The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating and helpful staff, making my stay even more pleasant. The location was superb, being close to many shops and restaurants, and I even got the family room I requested, making it very convenient for my stay.
